- Climate: Atlantic, but the most continental of Rias Baixas Designation of Origin, with colder winters and warmer summers.

- Pruning: Long prune, guyot.
- Soil: Sandy loam texture, but more clayey than usual in Rias Baixas. Product of Miño River alluvium with numerous pebble stone.
- Harvest: One of the first cottages to be harvested in the Rias Baixas D.O., with fritlike, balanced and structured musts.

- Harvest: Comes later than Aranteis because of the height. With fresh musts and balsamic aromas.

- Harvest: as in Finca Arantei, early harvest with structurated, filled fruit flavor musts.
