100% of the grapes are harvested from the vineyard Finca Anrantei, which gives the wine its name. Traditional vineyards with unique edaphological and climatic conditions that give this wine the characterictics of “Vino de pago” (Albariño Single Vineyard).
Hand picked. Cold maceration for 6 hours at 10ºC (50ºF). Lightly pressed to obtain the must. Controlled fermentation from native yeast by applying the process known as “pie de cuba” in stainless steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures for three months with its own lees.
Clear and radiant, the yellow and greenish sparkles. To the nose it’s complex, mineral, fruitlike, floral, full of fresh herbs and citrus tones in pleasant armony. In the mouth it’s intense, fruity, good bitterness rounded by the creaminess obtained through the lees. Long and persistent, with a fresh ending.
Goes perfectly with seadfood and gourmet fish, excellen company for fresh cheese, foie, sushi and white meat; adequate for all kinds of pasta and rice. Suggested consumption at 12ºC.
