Albariño results from the “coupage” of wine grapes coming from our Taboxea, Arantei and Porto vineyards.
Hand picked. Cold maceration for 6 hours at 10ºC (50ºF). Lightly pressed to obtain the must (pulp). Controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks at 16ºC (60.8ºF). Afterwards, the deposits (Hazes) are selected for a proper mixing from the different vineyards.
Intense straw yellow with bright sparkles of green, clean and striking. Strong Atlantic aroma of fresh herbs and laurel. Subtle floral and citrus fragrance. A pleasant white compote fruit remembrance. All flavour and freshness in the mouth, filling the palate with hints of citrus and fruit, leaving a long lasting and lovely final sensation.
Goes along well with seafood and fish, but it also a magnificent host for fresh cheese, foie, poultry, sushi and different kinds of rise and pasta. The suggested consumption is at 12ºC.
